We want you to love your new bar stools. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
